I drafted Gore and Chris Johnson with my first two picks....should I be worried??

Ummm....yes!! I don't know why you would have done that. Gore is pretty much holding out and not happy with contract garbage and Chris Johnson may not even play this season because of $$ garbage too. Niners are gonna be TERRIBLE as well offensively. Don't know what to tell ya....maybe try and make some trade offers. I would trade Johnson for someone who is actually gonna want to play. Titans are not giving this guy what he wants and that's it!!! He better realize this.

Come on man chris johnson will definitely play this season.

Johnson'll miss a couple of games at least I would imagine due to holdout, plus a good point I heard on the radio last week the Titans aren't going to be good this year regardless of if he plays and it's not like they NEED him to lose games so there's no real drive for them to break the bank like he's asking and the owner is an old school hardass who is pissed Johnson isn't acting like a big boy (my personal opinion is RBs need to get paid now due to all the injury concerns of the position but I'm not the boss) basically the Titans have just about all the leverage here so Johnson, or more likely his agent, is being kinda dumb. Another good point: the Cardinals messed it up badly by giving Fitzgerald QB money ($40MM guaranteed?!?!?) now Johnson wants that and the Titans think it's ridiculous, for the record I think those #s are crazy too. On top of that since he's skipped all of training camp you're looking at greater likelihood of injury. 
Gore ALWAYS gets hurts. Now has contract issues. Plus niners will be bad.  
I stayed far away from both guys in my drafts this year but you're here so you need to do something or roll the dice on them playing. I would put Johnson on the block and see what offers you get; in my leagues a few guys were still in love with him so I'm sure your league has some too and you'll get some decent offers.
That's my take.
