#1 Posted: 10/28/2008 2:37:32 AM and mr_surebol is back!! after laying off the forums after the playoffs it is time to back to business and i see some old cappers from last season getting ready doing the same.  g'luck guys!
at the start of the season lines will most likely be out of sync for a while, which means odds could be inflated. which could mean i get smashed with the inflated lines or get the books for their mistake.
early leans to make the list are Milwaukee Cavaliers Lakers
i feel milwaukee will be an underrated team for most part of the season, but i think they will be a team to bet on for this season ATS-wise at least. they will be a losing team with big lines and covering them. so for now i am liking milwaukee a lot.
now for the cavs? really.. 7 points? i dont see the celtics getting 7 points over the cavs. if there is a hungrier team for the win it'll be the cavs. this'll be a payback. LEBRON THE KING  what else can you ask for. every year lebron shows us his growth as a player, and he isnt even on his prime yet.. cant wait to see this game.

why do you like the lakers tomorrow? i been watching some preseason games and bynum doesnt really mix in that well yet with gasol. also they still cant defend the 3 spot and i heard jackson say kobe looks kind of tried still. if i were you, i will wait a few games and see how well they do. BUT after they get it rolling, watch out for the rematch in june! 
I loving portland in this spot, the team has so much talent on that roster and they will make some noise this year in the west. i think they keep it close

1* Bucks +6 1* Cavs +6.5 0.5* port/lal over 195.5
was thinking of lakers ML but i dont want to a high risk low return bet on start of the season, so decided to go with the over here.. |

tried betting on bet365 and pinnacle using a friends US bank account but it was too troublesome..
and the payouts take too long. with local bookies you get it asap.  |
