#3 Posted: 4/29/2012 8:35:51 PM I think Chuck is right, they should be extremely heavy favorites and if they have ANY pride as a team, they come out and destroy ORL and punch them in the mouth right off the bat. For them to only score 77 yesterday is disgraceful against a team with NO ONE WHO CAN PROTECT THE RIM with Dwight out. If they don't go to the line 30 times tomorrow then they should be ashamed of themselves.

He lost his money on table games. Not on sports betting. Big difference. |

mellow_wolf with the truth as always
Any play on the late game m_w? I'm leaning Grizz, just can't stop imaging LAC clanking FTs and Vinny Del Negro looking completely confused and overwhelmed tonight

IMO Chuck is one of the last true honest men in the world and understands basketball pretty well in terms of TV analysis

The line seems strange to me. 5.5 points is seemingly too much to give a Chris Paul led team in the playoffs, in my opinion. I may do some in-game wagering.
The high line tells me to take the Grizzlies. Good luck. |

I don't know the veracity of this alleged wager. However, lots of folks had the Falcons winning, so I would hardly call that a grave mistake in betting on Barkley's part.
Regardless, the Pacers ML bet tomorrow, if you are willing to lay the juice, is a strong bet, in my opinion.
Good luck. |

#18 Posted: 4/30/2012 7:46:26 PM What does him being black and jolly have anything to do with him having a job? He's a freakin hall-of famer. Kind of ignorant. ANYYYWAYY, despite that dumb behind comment.......... I like the pacers to CRUSH Orlando tonight!!.... along with the Thunder -6.5 |

#20 Posted: 4/30/2012 10:07:15 PM Just because Barkley endorses a wager, does not make the wager itself a poor one. He does have knowledge about basketball. To call him clueless, ignorant and a buffoon when it comes to basketball knowledge is just naive. Give him credit for calling the Memphis series win over the Spurs last year. That was most certainly against the grain and most did not believe the Grizzlies would have a chance to beat a #1 seed.
Congrats to Pacers backers tonight.
