Harrahs now Caesars total reward 

Does anyone know if this is the first year that players points expire?

Had my points since i was 21 and now my points just got reset

Most of them will reset if there is no play within 12 months...or if your play declines from past play....

i use my card all the time. My gambling hasnt really slowed down, Just called my buddy he said his just reset as well

Had it happen to me as well.  I sent an email and explained how long I had been with them, and they reset all my points as a one time courtesy.

Think it's 6 months too but they reset mine as a courtesy as well.  I booked a room in Vegas in June thats comped and I have no plans to play at any casino until then so hopefully it won't cause a problem.

Caesars and the rest that are combined with it expire after 6 months.

Hilton's expire after 12 months. I went on a tour with my job that kept me out of Vegas for nearly a year and over 1000k worth of comp money expired on my account.

It happens!

so you lost the 300 points you accumlated as a 21 year old? Crap man thats like an entire buck worth of comps.
