Team A gets:

Jon Jay, Tyler Greene

Team B gets:

Heath Bell, Miguel Cairo, Aaron Miles

5x5 NL-only.  Very deep league.  (Cairo and Miles are on rosters.)  Keeper league, can keep player for +$5 in next season.  Jay's contract is $7, Greene's is $4, Bell is high enough that he wouldn't be kept next season, Cairo and Miles won't be kept next season.

Assume that neither team has a wealth of good backup players waiting to move into vacated slots.

It really depends on what the teams look like. Bell is the best player in the deal. Jay is a solid player, but he could lose playing time to Alan Craig if he doesn't hit. Same with Tyler Greene. If he doesn't play well Skip Schumaker could take over. All depends on team needs.
