Low quarter of (47) and high of just (52). Clips shot 50% and Griz 45%. No one went for 20 and Griffin/Paul combined for just 31. Nice combined team total of 197 and should handle the 185 for game 2. Heat/Knicks - Knicks are a physical and now emotional mess. Players look stunned when discussing Amare's deal. Melo took 24 shots last game and had 1 Assist. Heat should have the game in hand early in the 3rd. White Sox/Indians - CHI SP Chris Sale has put together 4 quality starts to begin the season and appear to be on the verge of making a name for himself. CLE SP Jimenez has walked more (14) than he's K'd (13) this season and has gone 105+ Pitches each of his last 3 starts without making it to the 7th Inning. Early season arm fatigue could be behind high Walks and Low K's. Mariners@Rays - SEA SP Noesi comes in w/an 8.83 ERA & Rays hitters are a combined 14 for 36 against him. (TB 3 SEA 1) Twins@Angels - My favorite play. MIN SP Liriano has given up (5) Runs in each of his 4 '12 starts and has yet to go beyond 5. He may handle the Over 4 1/12 on his own. ANA SP Williams come in with a 5.53 ERA and has given up 17 Hits in his first 16 IP. |
