#1 Posted: 9/27/2011 5:22:11 PM well last week we had the patriots favored 9 over bills and tennessee favored by 7 over the broncos.
both cashed in money
this weeks ridiculous lines goes to
houston texans -4 over pittsburgh. now i am big homer fan but this is an absurd line. we shouldnt be favored this much over this team. i thought the line would be -1 or pickem to tell you the truth. this lines is fishy from the get go. might be a texan moneyline play and piittsburgh cover. who knows but our defense lets new orleans score 23 points in the fourth quarter. i am disgusted but on to this week
new england favored 4' over oakland. hello doesnt anybody know that new englands defense is friggin disgustingly terrible? they have given up 21, 24, and 34 points and 470, 448, and 488 yards in three games? oakland is gonna run all over there defense and control the time of possession. brady and company will score about 31 but will they hold oakland under this mark? i dont think so the over will probably be the play also. good luck gentlemen let the discussion began

#3 Posted: 9/27/2011 7:16:30 PM The NE line is correct theres no way they could make that lower than 4.Its getting pretty hammered at -4 in fact it should have been a bit higher i thought.Remember why the lines are made theres no way they could hvae made this lower than 3

#4 Posted: 9/27/2011 8:27:38 PM jlt9889 NE's run defense is fine....its that dismal secondary that is borderline horrific. The problem is will Oakland spread the field and throw the ball DOWN the field. If they do they can win if they dont...they can only get so far with the ground and pound game. The value in this game was the Over. The moment this line was released I jumped all over 52. Oakland will have to score points to win this game. 21-24 points will not be enough.
Can Jason Campbell make it happen? Thats the real question here

#5 Posted: 9/27/2011 8:36:21 PM Over in the NE game is now at 55.5 up from 52 in 2 days
Safe to say there is a ton of money coming in on this Over and it safe to say the books might be in a predicament come Sunday if they keep raising this line.

#6 Posted: 9/27/2011 10:33:58 PM regardless i thought new englan should only be favored by 3 or 3' same as the jets were. i cannot lay any money on a team with absolutely no defense. i m pretty sure oakland will win back to back games but who knows. |

Jason campbell will get it done. if henne, rivers, and fitzpatrick threw all over them i dont see any difference in campbell. im am playing oakland large. id ont know about the total cause its a college line now but oakland for sure

#11 Posted: 9/28/2011 10:50:27 AM Raiders just scored 34 against the Jets without some of their best recievers....This offense is for real and will definately put out a ton of points against the Pats.

#13 Posted: 9/29/2011 9:42:56 AM 55 is a crazy ridiculous number just gonna stay out of that total. although the over still seems too easy right?

#14 Posted: 10/2/2011 7:02:18 PM Now you know why they both were favored by that much.Putting Oak in NE catagory is laughable
