Posted: 7/30/2012 1:27:57 PMi was wondering if you like the over with santana and the angels tonight
santana has been very prone to overs in his last 10 starts

i also think that Texas can win this - Angel bats have been silent lately

I am a HUGE Angels fan!!! I have known this team for 40+ years. I sent an email in 2010 which stated they should get rid of certain players and the GM. Abreu, Wood, Mathis, Aybar, Wells and the GM (Reagans) They're all gone except for Aybar, whose doing better because the pressure of leadoff hitter is gone, and Wells, who was on the DL, until NOW.

That was all done in late May and the Angels started winning (Trout took the pace of Abreu). Yesterday and the day before, Wells played for the 1st time in over a month and the Angels were shut out BOTH games at HOME!  Trout played on Sat. Today, Wells is out and Trout is in. I would not bet on Texas with Oswalt. He's scarier than Santana! The best bet would be Angels with Trout or NO bet!

thanks

It wasn't just you, many people came by yesterday with great reasons why I shouldn't fade Maholm.  Ultimately I decided that Wainwright could at least match his effort - and I still believe Maholm will hit a decline any start now.  After that, it was clear that St. Louis had a much better offense and advantage in bullpen so there were enough reasons to try and guess which start Maholm's streak would end.  I guessed wrong, but not by much.  2-2 after 9 innings tells me that it was St. Louis' offense that was the problem and Maholm/Wainwright did little to factor in the outcome.

Thanks for posting.  I like that Braun is resting.  I don't even count Nyjer Morgan as a lefty.

I am very confused by your statements.  Maybe I've read this wrong?
