Any business or individual that bounces even 1 check is a serious hit on their accountability and reliability. There is no excuse for that.
Dude - this is totally not true.
Offshore books need to use 3rd party payment processors. Those 3rd party payment processors need to be willing to look the other way on US law, so you dont end up with the cream of the crop that normal US businesses use.
So offshore books are constantly doing a dance with their processors. They send them money, and sometimes (often) the processor people up.
Unlike normal businesses, this is not a sign of the books ability to repay debts - it is more of a sign of the US govt at work. So if your standard is to deal with a US facing book that doesnt bounce checks occasionally, GL with that.
As far as 5dimes goes - they are not only top 3 book - they are a top 2 AMERICAN FACING book. Thats because there are really only 2 that can even qualify for a realistic list, 5dimes and bookmaker. But make no mistake, when you open that list up to worldwide books - those 2 dont even make the top 10.

#52 Posted: 10/12/2011 2:11:48 PM Bookmaker and 5dimes not even in your top 10 worldwide Van? That's a surprising statement. Obviously Pinny is ahead of them, but what other ones jump out to you as being better outs?

Well, the reason they are not top10 are the same reasons listed in this thread. Mostly payout and deposit related.
Neither one has had a credible no pay that I know of.
I guess I need to change that statement to say that if you are living somewhere other than the USA, I doubt you are using 5dimes or bookmaker. My statement about top 10 is probably not the most accurate thing I could have said.
If you have pinnacle, betfair, matchbook, and all of the European books at your disposal, along with Neteller - Im not sure of the need for those 2 books. I dont think they would disagree that their niche is the American bettor who really has very few options.
Just one mans opinion....

#55 Posted: 2/13/2012 4:05:28 PM The reason I searched about 5dims is I was told by reliable source that they are under new management and have serious money problems! Some of these comments confirm my fears! Easy to put money in, but a hassle to get out!

#56 Posted: 2/13/2012 4:40:07 PM I'm looking to move ASAP. I was with Bodog and honestly never had a payout problem 3-5 business, turned out to be two weeks but never a problem. Lines are fucked up, but I learned to use to my advantage. Now with Bovada and its been over 6 weeks waiting on a payout. No tracking number, no check to bounce and no answers from customer service! No one to cuss out because I'm sure they would delay the check futher....... |

They'll kick you out if you win consistently. Trust me. Personal experience. Besides, their limits are a joke. |

#63 Posted: 2/14/2012 2:06:05 PM You have to do it in person though not to hard to find a barrister in London or a shop man in Ireland that will handle for fee you still have all the same money problems though transferring large amounts of cash. I solve that problem by not winning large amounts. |
