The spread should be Cleveland -3.5. We are getting a little bit of line value here because Cleveland road record is not that good and their play recently on the road has been fair and the soul play well at home. The best line to get was pk if you were lucky to get that. I understand that this is a revenge game for the Soul but Cleveland is a much better team now then phil. is right now. Cleveland has everything to play for and Phil. has pride to play for. Cleveland wins a tough battle on the road 54-48. Let's have a winning day everybody.
