jd- contrary to my preivious posts - 45 seems like a lot...I still think LSU covers 45, but I am not sure if it will now be in my top 3 unless it goes down to 42 by kick off...for the record, lsu could beat n texas by 100 if it wanted to. if saban were lsu's coach, this would be a no brainer up to 48...with the mad hatter, you just never know...i will let you know closer to week 1 kick off if i decide to go with LSU...
i appreciate that. i am locked in to UNT +45 as i see this as the sucker line of week 1. i think the majority will be on LSU, at home, at night, off the embarassing loss, against crappy UNT, and will be expecting 52-0...and they might get it.
but i will have to pay to see it, as right now i expect a very pedestrian 28-0 HT lead or a 28-7 lead, or 24-3 and they will coast IMO, like always.
I WILL BE SUPRISED IF LSU SCORES MORE THAN 45 THEMSELVES, and will be shocked if they pitch the shutout.
this will be a close game either way (relative to the Spread) but i think 42-7, 45-7, or 49-7 is what the score will be...all resulting in a loss for LSU wagers.

pretty sharp line imo. kinda lean under 55 because of UNT's punter but i'm scared UNT will have like 4 TO's which would be pretty bad for the under. To me this game is more about the number of times UNT decides to throw the ball (anything over 24 is bad for the under and a UNT cover imo) than about the NC last year...

Seeing how the spread is nowhere near the -40 I anticipated, I may have to take a pass at this game. Like Hoosier said, unless NTex gets pounded and the line somehow creeps down, I have 3-4 other main games I have instead.
1H may be the best bet here, and you can't deny that!

jdn - i wouldn't gloat just yet...that sleeping giant lsu that was already pissed about getting smoked in the BCS C-Game just added another chip on its shoulders...honey badger would have had virtually no impact on the N Texas game...maybe he would prevent a back door cover in the 4th, but he would have been removed from the game anyway...
I think LSU is going to cover...you wait and see...

really guy, are you being funny, or just that stupid...
he had an impact in the return game, punts and kickoff returns.
top 5 corner in the country and now they will be starting a RFr at corner who has never played a snap in college...
I wasn't gloating, but was right about the line being 45 and I feel right about who will cover it...
