Here are a list of college football futures that i really think have some value.
W Ky to win the Sunbelt +900
Kent St. to win the MAC-East +350
W. Michigan to win the MAC-West +190
W. Michigan to win the MAC +400
Ball St to win the MAC +1200
Marshall to win the CUSA - East +400
So. Carolina to win the SEC-East +240
Nebraska to win the B10-Legends +260
Illinois to win the B10-Leaders +1100
Virginia to win the ACC +1950
UCF total wins OVER 8.5 -110
Virginia total wins OVER 7 +150
Nebraska total wins OVER 8.5 -125
BYU total wins UNDER 8 +160
Illinois total wins OVER 6.5 -125
Duke total wins OVER 3.5 -180
UNLV total wins UNDER 3.5 NL

Some like Louisiana state -43 vs no. Texas but I would never bet that. I see that spread being covered only 33% of the time tops...45-3 final and the bet loses!!!
USC -37 should cash 62.5% of the time in this spot... I see USC scoring at least 51 points in this matchup, probably 61 is a more realistic number given the fact that hawaii only has 4 starters back on Defense from last year's team that gave up 30ppg.
on offense they have a new qb, who will be rattled. they rank #119 in the country with only 20 career starts on the offensive line, and only one senior. their left tackle is a redshirt freshman.
similar to hawaii in 2008 when they faced florida as 34 point underdogs, this line wont be big enough!
love USC -37 and would bet this line all the way up to -41!! with 9 returning starters on offense and 7 back on defense they will be ready to put a big league behind whoooping on the rainbows.
