A lot of people say Hooters, but I thought their wings sucked.  Any classy restaurant on the strip that has superb wings?

The cafe at the sportsbook in the Wynn has pretty good wings.

Ick!  I remember leaving that hooters and saying, "God those wings sucked."  I dunno... thought they were super small and very greasy.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.  Next time I'm out I'll hit a few of those spots.
