BOSTON REDSOX -149  2U

After the embarassing loss to NYY the Sox look to rebound. Fortunately they play the lowly Twins. The Sox are not as bad as they have been playing. They had a much needed rain out to get their heads together. Today they travel to Minnesota and have their ace on the mound to do exactly what aces are supposed to do: set the table right. This is as much as a must win in any sense of the word.

damn i've been at work couldn't get my picks up for the night i had cincy and st louis.. st louis is making old nd wr look like cy young lol..

later games i'll be playing

ATLANTA -114 (2U) I am playing the percentages here. LA is undefeated at home and are still underdogs. Feel like the books are begging for LA money. Atlanta is hot with a young stud lefty going. I can bet only a few, if any, Dodgers have ever faced Minor which will play into Atlantas favor. This, along with the fact that Atlanta is hot facing a below average starter has me on the Braves.

Nationals/SD OVER 6 (1U) Nationals put Gio Gonzalez on the mound, a WHIP nightmare. When you put as many guys on the bases as he does (mainly with walks) then runs are going to be scored. This is a very low total and everyone I know is on the UNDER. This usually isn't a good sign. These two offenses will be able to get guys on base to get above this total.

man was i wrong about that nationals game. despite the 1 hitters through 6 this game could of went over had there been some runs in the first with the nats rallying and couldn't get a guy in with 0 outs and a guy on 3rd. that kills overs all the time this low. i'll be happy losing this game being on this side of the fense considering this game could of easily went over and the fact that everyone was on the under.. and i still ended up + for the night.
