Gotta fade the thread here and I hate playing Ohio St.But can't see Ohio St. putting up less then the 28 they did last week against a very good Troy D. Plus with Pryor starting or seeing more PT and the return of Wells should be huge for their O. Not scared of the MINN D(although they are much improved) in Columbus.
Weber should have some success but I see a little too much pressure from the D and some costly mistakes/miscues= OSU points. Maybe a possiblility of a backdoor cover but may take the over to hedge that. Also MINN is running a spread O which is similar to a very good Troy spread O they faced last week and limited to 10.
This is a big step up in competition for MINN as they have a rather weak schedule up to this point. Now MINN should be up for this game but Ohio St. isn't lookin by their first conference game especially at home. Lookin for Ohio St. to get healthy all over the gophers belts.

Gimme......You are right on about Pryor......I'm not saying he's not good or doesn't have potential....but frankly I'm wondering why so much rave about him....When I compare him to Robert Griffin at Baylor I would take Griffin hands-down.....That kid is a stud.....Pryor's a potential stud.....
"GIMME"......Minny...plus all those points.....

Ohio State has also won five straight over the Golden Gophers (4-0) since the then-No. 6 Buckeyes lost 29-17 at Ohio Stadium on Oct. 14, 2000. Ohio State, which has won 21 of its last 22 at home, is 20-3 all-time against Minnesota in Columbus.
The Buckeyes defeated Minnesota 30-7 last Sept. 29 as Wells rushed for 116 yards and two touchdowns, but this Gophers team will likely look different.
After going 1-11 in its first year under coach Tim Brewster in 2007, Minnesota is trying to open with five straight victories for the first time since 2004.
The Gophers were last in total defense last season (518.7 yards per game), but are allowing an average of 354.8 yards under new defensive coordinator Ted Roof, who was fired last season as the head coach at Duke.
Minnesota had four interceptions in last Saturday's 37-3 win over Florida Atlantic, avenging last season's 42-39 loss to the Owls. The Gophers already have forced 13 turnovers -- while only committing two -- after forcing only 14 all of last season.
