Wolfman`s last outing against the Phillies yeilded quite a few runs, however prior to that his game at Citizens he only gave up 3 hits and 1 run....Blanton does not have the goods for playoffs, middle relief perhaps, but as a starter I see him yeilding many more than Wolf...The Dodgers pen is better is my eyes and the further this series goes on, the more it will suit the westerners.....

LAD should count their blessing, not to be down 2 games to nil.  If L.A. could hit worth a damn in Philadelphia, they (not the Phillies) would have won the pennant last season.  Though . . . L.A. doesn't really have the pitching either, so they would've needed more than some additional timely hits.

Padilla used to pitch for PHI, Wolf used to pitch for PHI.  What are the chances that they both come back to haunt their former team?  AND on consecutive starts.  IN the NLCS . . . (???)

Those chances are lookin' damn slim to me.

Wolf gets beaten here. Philles hit him well last they played, even though it was in June. Philly wants to end this series fast and I think they killed the Dodgers will last night.
