They are a great book and they always clear but they definitely have gotten slower! It is due to the much higher volume they have since taking on Betjamaica and The Greek clients!

And it takes more than 3 days for the check to clear unless you live in the country the check is from. I have received numerous checks and never had a problem with any. Maybe you should go tell your boss at whatever book you work at lying about Heritage will get you no where.
