This. Ohio State had a better team last year and UK still beat them. KY is much better this year and I think would handle them fairly easy. |

#11 Posted: 3/26/2012 9:28:01 AM I think the fact that Ohio State has to play Kansas play's into their favor because it will be a tougher contest that i believe Ohio State wins by 6 where as UK will have an easier time with Louville and never really be tested. When it comes time to face Ohio State their first real test will UK be able to react when Ohio State doesn't bow down to them and trades shot for shot with them? plus most people have already given UK the championship which is never a blessing and Ohio State will be able to play looser and win it all. |

#1 - do you really think Pitino won't have some sort of game plan to keep his team in the game? And we're not even mentioning the fact that UK & UL are arch-rivals. Nope, I guess you are right....UL players will lay down and not compete against UK.
#2 - Ky is just the opposite of what you mention...they get their first one under their belt at the FF then they will play better in the championship.

Oh i do believe Pitino will have a game plan i just don't think his players are talented enough to exicute it. And yes i no they are arch-rivials and that is why i believe the line is as low as it is i was thinking Ky -10.5. My logic is that Ky has had an easier route to the fianl 4 than Ohio State and i believe it is a good thing to have played tough teams when it comes down to keeping you're game sharp and ready for the finals. Heck maybe Ky and Ohio State both lose and this conversation means nothing. |
