Bulls are clearly being out played. Have to disagree and I'm fading the public.
Miami plus 3= Large
So having a game sunday will be more lucrative then having another game in this series? Im not saying ur pic is wrong, but your reason makes no sense. Do u really think the difference in revenue between a sunday game and weekday game will be more then possibly having 1, 2, or 3 more games in the conf finals? |

#53 Posted: 5/26/2011 5:41:10 PM HEY BODIO A/K/A VEGAS BUTCHER. I CAME ACROSS AN INTERESTING ARTICLE 5/23 IN VEGAS INSIDER. THE ARTICLE QUOTES CHRIS DAVID AS STATING "THE SPREAD HASN'T MATTERED IN THE LAST 32 PLAYOFF GAMES MEANING ALL FAVORITEHAVE WON AND COVERED OR THE DOG HAS WON OUTRIGHT." I FIND THAT QUITE ASTONIISHING! INFERENCE IS THAT IF YOU THINK THE BULLS WILL WIN DO NOT WORRY ABOUT THE 3 POINTS. OF COURSE, THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THE STREAK CAME LAST EVENING WITH DALLAS NOT COVERING. |

Yeah, typically when the spread is within 2 buckets or so in the playoffs, I don't really think of a spread too much either. Last 32 playoff games is surprising though. I guess it's NOT taking into account 1st round which makes sense.
Yeah, the rule I use is that within 4 (sometimes 5 points) of the spread, I don't really even take the spread into the account for the most part in the playoffs. |

Chicago Bulls -3
Bulls are down 3 to 1 in this series but I don't think this is a typical team that lays down and dies in these situations. I see this Chicago team coming out with a lot of 'energy' and 'fight' at home. Bulls once again had more points in the paint, more rebounds, and more fast-break finishes in game 4. Miami went to the FT line more and executed better down the stretch. I see Bulls getting more of those 'calls' at home and actually shooting a better % as well. Call me a homer if you want, but I still believe this series could have gone either way at any point of every game, besides maybe game 3. Both teams are very good and even though Miami is slightly better, there isn't that much of a difference between the two squads. Bulls pull this one out at home prior to getting eliminated in game 6 in Miami.
I've backed Chicago in every game of this series so why stop now? Like a great Chicagoan Al Bundy would say, "Let's ROCK!"

so that means if the bulls win by say 5-9 points, you might still back the bulls in game 6?

If Bulls win tonight, I will be on the Bulls for the rest of the series. Unfortunately, I do not see the Bulls win tonight.
I am rooting for the Bulls but I am not making any wager on either team.

darn you dude. Three of those were utterly three of the worst meltdowns in the NBA playoffs in recent memory. They were solid picks and if I was on the other side I would feel extremely fortunate. |

WOW! Truly unbelievable. First Okie City blows a 15 point lead with 5 minutes left. Now Bulls blow a 12 point lead with like 4 minutes left.
Alright, time to sleep it off. Got some MLB capping to do tomorrow morning.
Back at it tomorrow fellas!

I did tell him about Booze/Taj/overworked Rose, second half declines easy enough to spot. |
