This just goes to show how unethical covers really is. BetEd is not even close to a #1 book. They won't rob you, but they will ban you quick once you start winning.
In all seriousness, you should not put a single ounce of faith into covers ratings. They are not even close to independent.

The limits are a huge issue at Beted. For example. NBA All-star game. The first half Over/Under started at 138.0. I placed a couple of parlays with this line. As I became more convinced that this was going to hit I tried to place additional wagers with this line.....rejected.....then the line went up to 138.5.......still no additional action allowed. My past experience is that once you play the maxium the book raises the line a half a point and then your limit is reset because the line is no longer the same....not the case at Beted. It is like pulling fing teeth to get them to raise your limits. Another issue, back during college football Boise State and over was hitting often in the first half of the college football season, so often that Beted would not allow you to parlay this. Sure you could parlay Boise State and the under or the team they were playing and the over or under. My point is that when there is a good chance that something will hit you need to raise or lower your line so that you get 50/50 action. Beted just leaves you out in the cold. Sometimes people win. This book gladly will take your money, but as stated above win you get hot, they get. When you run a book you need to make every option available, or otherwise you are not running a legit book. I hit on the first half of the NBA All-star game, the second half as well and the game. I 'm sure I got Fucked out of at least 3000.00 by them not letting me play the way I wanted to play. The reason above is why I left the book. Looking for a new book, one that is not so chicken-shit when I place wagers. What is the best book? I like to parlay Tennis / Soccer / NBA and NCAA Basketball. Any suggestions? I appreciate the help.

Raines is absolutely right. If you have not had problems with limits yet, you just aren't winning enough. They are a very poor book.
By the way Raines, your comment about the Boise St. parlays spread/over is not BetEd's fault. That is called a correlated parlay and there isn't a book on the internet that would accept it. Handicapping 101.

Please read post #8, made nearly two months ago. The people who run covers are criminals. They have no morals. They made enormous amounts of money from BetEd, while everyone else lost their deposits.
This book has always, ALWAYS, been poor, but covers was willing to endorse them for the right price.
