I requested a payout and i have been trying to send pictures of my documents and everything to their email. But i keep getting a sending failure. So i cant get my proof of documents to them. Has Anyone else experienced this problem?

cs@....
cashier@...
documents@

I emailed CS and waited a few days.  I went back onto live chat and they said to email to documents also. It'll take a few days but keep going onto live chat and checking on the status.

I had similar issues with cc not being legiable, i finally was able to get a clear photo after several attempts.

When I email to them, I always ask for a confirm back that they have received my docs. That way I don't have to go live chat and ask for it. Just try to be nice and polite to them in the email.

Yes, I was with them for about 2 to 3 months, and I just ask for a second withdraw early this morning. I'm still waiting to get info to pick up my money.

Still nothing from betonline payout. I'm starting to lose my patient with them.

3 more hrs is the 36 hrs window they state on the payout. If I still don't get anything by 1:00 PM, I will not consider them anymore. I will try to go back to Diamond and or 5Dimes which gave me same day payout.

Have any of you guys ever requested a Cashier Check from them?  I went with the 7 business day option and requested/had it approved on Sunday and it's now Wednesday afternoon with no confirmation that its been sent out.  How long should i wait before sending an email to CS?  I checked in live chat yesterday to see if its been processed and they said not yet.  I dont want to sound pushy but i know they like to "take their time"

I'm done with betonline. I don't like the way they handle the payout. Still nothing for me to pick up my money. If this is with 5Dimes or Diamond, I would have my money already.

I'm frustrated...

I would not recommend this book.

BetOnline gives this excuse to almost anyone who has send in docs. It's just a stall tactic on their part.  Just be patient, but persistent while jumping thru all their hoops.  You will eventually get your payout.....then deposit at a real book where you dont have to put up with all this crap.

I tried them out when I was looking for a 3rd option and was amazed at how hard they make everything.

I got same experience for the betonline recently.
I kept on send my documents then they denied to reason that documents could not readable.....rediculus
somehow, soon or later, I call credit computer to charge back.

Now I figure out everybody complaint about betonline, I better call my credit card company to charge back.

Do you guys have any idea that we tell everybody  not using betonline.
Since most of same problems have with same sportsbook.
I like to publish to everyone if I can...
