Not a fan of either team and I know ECU is coming off a tough loss to TUL after performing well the last 2 weeks.

22.5 is too many pts IMO, ugly game but ECU wins something like 34-13 and SOMISS covers somehow.

no play for me.

S.Miss is horrible but it looks like there's many injuries on pirates side. Probably no play here.

Just a quick glance at this game. This line is inflated because of ECU's win at North Carolina. Vegas is making the "non-informed" bettor think that ECU is going to blow out Southern Miss because of that North Carolina win. Yet, outside of the North Carolina game ECU hasn't blown anyone out at all.

I watched ECU play and got burned on them a couple weeks ago. I had ECU -4.5 1H. I watched their coach decide to run the damn football on the 6 yard line with 7 seconds left thinking he had enough time to call timeout if they didn't make it. Well they didn't make it, QB scrambled and the time expired...Halftime. Had he taken the FG, there's 3 points and the 1H cover. Not only did that bonehead decision blow the 1H cover it also blew the -8.5 cover for the game as they only won by 7. I can't side with a coach that doesn't value a field goal and know when to take the points.

Southern Miss +22.5 small play

I AGREE!! they had a bye week leading into that North Carolina game. tough 3 game stretch especially losing in a exhausting OT loss at tulane. i know their back home, but 22.5 is a lot to cover against a S. Miss team coming off a bye. S. miss had a much tougher schedule. Pirates had struggles against  Middle tennessee winning by a TD.
Been going back and forth on this matchup and finally decided to stay away.. GLIIALL..
