The write-up can inform and even persuade, and to some, that is what is most valuable (ie. other cappers making up their minds themselves), but to others who simply tail the pick only matters and has merit if it succeeds

Seems reasonable considering all the accusations he gets about that very same record. Anyway, who cares, let it go, your point is made. Write ups are nice but nobody has an "obligation" to give them with their picks.
