I find it pretty entertaining myself.

It was more a case of the Kings taking their foot of the pedal than it was the Devils uprising imo. Devils played well so I give them their due but you could see from the get go that the Kings were lacking their snarl.

Yeah.... They were kind of lacking their snarl.... It was like they figured to win on a big play or something..... When they had chances and it didn't happen, they of course lost... lol.....

Kings and Under-4.5 already posted by me BUT you can never say never... Just ask the Flyers who beat Boston recently after being down 0-3 in games and 0-3 in game 7... and ask the Flyers again after blowing a 3-1 lead in games to NJ in the ECFinals a few years back...

I also remember when the Islanders beat the Pens in 1975 QFinals after being down 0-3 in games... and then fell behind 0-3 in games to the defending SCChamps(74 Flyers) but managed to force a game 7 in that series before losing it to the Flyers who eventually won the Cup again vs Buffalo... Buttholes were very tight in Philly prior to that game 7 vs the Isles but a very fast goal by the Flyers helped them overcome the Isles comeback attempt.

You just can't say that it could never happen because when you do... and it happens... it is an awefull feeling.

I am still enraged that NJ came back and beat the Flyers in that ECFinals recently.

Devils played well so I give them their due

two one goal OT games in New Jersey that could have gone either way. Kings clobber them in game 3 and maybe got a bit overconfident BUT the Devils "Larry Lock" and "trap-transition" off that was working like a swiss watch in game 4.

I think there is a good chance the Devils extend to a game 6 Saturday ONLY because it completely people my Kings sweep, which is already dead, AND my Kings 4-1 finals bets

It's far from over I guess..... Kings have had their way with everyone so far..... A serie's can change on a dime as has happened in the past............ I'll stick with the Kings though... New Jersey got lucky... Loss again by the Kings and maybe, just maybe the tide will be changing.... Especially if they have 3 or 4 breakaway's without goals and a few posts..... Small things like that..... *S*

Not trying to take anything away from NJ..... But the Kings looked a little listless except for a few plays.... They were beaten by NJ too many times..... Maybe not so much this game coming up... They should be more ready without the expectation of winning in 4 games any longer...... I don't think they ''let NJ in''... I just think they had a bad game...... One goal Quick was beaten on was a very soft goal.............................

Those chances that the Kings had in game 4 HAD BEEN going thier way so far in these playoffs... but in game 4 they missed those chances and were the ones hitting the posts (not like the oppo teams have been doing behind Quick)... There was one breakaway in game 4 where Brodeur went down way to early and left the whole stick side open for a player who could have made a small move that way BUT the Kings failed to score that BIG goal on that play.

Don't get me wrong... I am on the Kings 100% for game 5... I just don't want to put the cart before the horse (like I did prior to game 4)... Did you see Dustin Brown's interviews after game 3...??? He sounded as if he was beginning to take winning the Cup as a "gimmie" from here on out (as if they only had to show up one more time)... and that gave me a bad feeling but I still bet on the Kings in game 4.

Like I said... Even I was in a party mode for game 4 and it backfired on me.

I really hope that was the wake up call that the Kings needed to realize that they are gonna have to TAKE the Cup because NJ is not going to just give it to them because they are down in the series.

NJ can be a sneaky friggin team that is hard to kill if you allow them to stay in it... Just see this...

(Scroll down to the series)

http://www.flyershistory.com/cgi-bin/season.cgi?1999-2000

I didn't realize it has been 12 years already... Man I'm getting old fast... ... I still remember this series like yesterday. I was working in construction and doing a job at an oil refinery when this series happened... I would not listen to the radio on the way home because I would Tivo the games and watch when I got home... When I got home to watch game 7... I noticed that my wife and son seemed somber... I thought they were messing with me by looking that way but then I realized they were sincerely sad... I knew immediately that the Flyers had lost that game 7 and blown that 3-1 series lead for a chance to make the SCFinals.

I have never been that pissed off about a sporting event... even to this day... which is one of the biggest reasons that I can't stand the NJD's.

Different sport BUT... In this 2012 French Open just a few days ago... Tsonga had FOUR match points and was ON SERVE vs Djokovic... Tsonga was up 2 games to 1 on him also... Tsonga lost that game, set and the match... and was left crying with a towel over his head after the match.

I don't want the Kings to have that happen to them... ESPECIALLY by those %*#^*&%# from NJ.

I hope all my words of caution are surpassed by the Kings play on Saturday night...

True........... True.............True............. in everything that you say... Your whole post....The Djokovic match was truly unbelievable...... So was the Federer match for that matter....

Kings have been getting the breaks... All season their pucks could not find the back of the net then all of a sudden, the playoffs start and it turns around................. They have been lucky and catching the breaks up to last game........ All the reasoning is there for this thing to turn around........

I'M JUST NOT BUYING IT............................ ''YET''................

esp since now the "Larry Lock" was completely frustrating the Kings in game 4. probably be a re-run of the first two games in New Jersey. 1-1 going to OT and who KNOWS who wins

Kings made a home on the road all playoffs so it's only fitting that's how it ends 11-0 road Stanley cup champs.

If there were 3 more games I think at least two of them are under.
