#960 Posted: 11/7/2011 12:40:53 AM Shrimp I love the Ravens. Just didn't see them winning this game. Try to bet with my head not my heart. Flacco took a huge step tonight. Just cause I talk smack doesn't mean I don't bleed purple.
by the way how huge was this game??
winner takes over # 1 seed in the afc, loser falls to 6th seed
Ravens#1 seed in AFC!! |

#962 Posted: 11/7/2011 12:52:16 AM The sad thing about the last drive is the Steelers werent playing prevent they were playing bump and run coverage. It made no sense honestly because the Ravens had 1 deep threat and that was Smith. Yeah he doesnt have great hands but he is fast. Boldin is a great receiver but he isnt burning anyone on a deep pass so you should've gave him his slants and shaded Smith. This loss by the Steelers is gonna sting for a while because it should've been a win. I had the Steelers and kept talking to the TV saying dont let Smith get behing the DB'S and look what happens actually twice he did. Unbelievable that a disciplined Defense let that drive happen!!! |

Congrats on the win bro.
I do have to say that your avatar is really stupid though. I've watched the "controversial" calls from SB XL a number of times, and it's hilarious that people really think they were bad calls. One announcer said the pass interference in the end zone was "ticky tacky" and the whole nation follows suit and blindly agrees like sheep because they don't have a brain of their own.
And the holding call that negated the big gain to the Steelers' 2 yard was correct. The guy held Woodley because Woodley beat him. Because he is better. Without the hold the play result would have been a sack. Those were the two biggest calls in the game and they were both correct.
Seattle wasn't even that good, and if Pittsburgh had played their best game the score would have been about 42-7 Steelers.
The only thing more hilarious than me wasting my time on this is the fact that you still have that avatar. I know you're bitter because of what the Steelers do to your team every year in the playoffs though.
See you in the playoffs. Good luck. Should be another great game.

#969 Posted: 11/7/2011 4:17:24 PM Gotta correct myself. Woodley wasn't drafted until '07 and I can't remember who it was that was held. |

LeBeau is the best in the business and his players absolutely love him. No offense but that is really a dumb thing you posted. That would be like the Pats firing Belichick. They're both legends bro. Not trying to pick a fight, just wanted to let you know.
Never understood why people mention the fresh blood thing after a coach has been in the same place for a while. As if a change would be good just for the sake of change. Makes no sense. If a coach is one of the best at what he does, why replace him ever? Makes no sense whatsoever. It's just not logical thinking. |
