#1 Posted: 4/9/2012 11:57:22 PM I made a thread earlier tonight about this number....
I play overs 95% of all my bets....
This number bent me over so many times last year...it seems 8 double plays occur with this total....
I have such a hard time laying off it....
7 times this year has a game been set at 9.5.....6 went under and 1 went over(because of a 2 run blown save in the 9th)
3 games have 9.5 listed tomorrow...Yanks, Bost and Tex
Do what you like...but something about this number stays under...
Im not saying bet the under, because I cant bet an under...but I would be careful or make a small over bet if you play the total....
It looks like Yanks and Bost are easy over, and Tex could score 10 themselves
I will lay off and they will prob go 3-0 over and 0-3 today |

#3 Posted: 4/11/2012 7:21:52 AM 10 games have had a 9.5 total this year...
2 overs
8 unders
Both overs had 10 runs....Both overs needed a 9th inning collapse to go over...like last night Bost scoring 2 in a 7-1 game.....
What an under number this total is...
Might have to start playing unders for a change,,,,
1 9.5 total tonight....Rangers game again |

#6 Posted: 4/12/2012 4:46:11 PM Looks like another day of 2 under 9.5....Rangers went under, and SF looks under
That would make it 2 overs and 11 unders on 9.5 totals...
Hope some people are paying attention to this |

#8 Posted: 4/12/2012 8:28:24 PM After todays action....
Games with a 9.5 total have results of:
2 overs
11 unders
1 listed game tomorrow at 9.5...Yanks/Angels....
Day games at NY usually go over...tough to lay off this one, but with numbers like this not sure you can play the over...Gl to those paying attention to this |

#9 Posted: 4/12/2012 8:41:20 PM Unders r way to go in baseball.Bet under on any total 9 or higher and collect regulary. Betting over those large totals is typical public play. Good luck you.
Also Yanks were surprisingly and under team last year. |

#11 Posted: 4/12/2012 8:49:38 PM After I passed on Tuesday's Under 9.5 with the M's and Rangers (which easily cashed) I played it today for 2 units and won. I have both the Yankees Under 9.5 and the BoSox Under 8.5 circled on my card tomorrow. May play both...wanna check the umps first.

#18 Posted: 4/13/2012 4:27:36 PM Both times it went over, the final score was 10 runs. Both games had 2 runs scored in the 9th inning by the team with the last at bats. Could very easily be all 14 under |

#22 Posted: 4/14/2012 4:58:28 PM I think I know what you're getting at, Usually a 9.5 total will be set for pitchers who are jekyll and hyde and therefore they are bad enough to have a total of higher than 8 but still have the potential to pitch well therefore not having a total of higher than 10. I still think it's all a coin flip in baseball but i could see how this works. |
