Fat,

It's not only that he's undefeated. It's how he's undefeated.  It's a GII win at two in an eleven horse field over the track, stalking the pace.  Two for two at 3yo with a G1 win.  It's Pletcher, Castellano, Tiznow on top and Mr. P on the bottom.  Dosage and CDS are perfect.

I Granted they all have connections now and great resumes.  Hey, that's why it's parimutuel wagering.  Who knows maybe all three sit at 6-1, I'm not ruling anything out at this point.

HB- The wood is the most confusing race to me. That and the Santa Anita derby. I feel like Andy Beyer made a mistake with the SA beyer speed figs. I just don't see how a race ran in such a fast time with two horses that have a lot of quality run a 94. That means not only did Creative Cause regress big time but I'll have another also regressed. I say no way. Yeah I know they factor all the times from that day but sometimes Beyer can have trouble making figures out west.
I can't figure out the beyers for the wood because all the times were being run slow that day. I think I'm probably making a huge mistake disregarding gemologist/alpha. Alpha I can probably toss now that he is fighting an infection. I can't get over how slow they were running at the end of that race. I mean they finished in 13+ and were fighting for victory. I mean they started out pretty fast going 23, then 47.57 but then slow it down to 1:12.54, 1:37.74 and finish in 1:50.96. I could deal with the times if they were speeding up at the wire but these guys were slowing down at each call.

How do you feel about the wood/SA?

He's in serious consideration on top for me.  I think his Fla Derby was every bit as good as UR considering he was parked very wide all the way around the track.
