UFC on FX wasn't all that kind to me even though I managed a winning night. I usually wait to post until after the weigh-ins, so there may be some changes after I see those. I'm really looking for my first successful event of 2012. Here's hoping:
UFC 144 Ben Henderson +110 (10u to win 11u) Rampage Jackson -240 (12u to win 5u) Vaughn Lee +280 (5u to win 14u) Jake Shields -245 (4.9u to win 2u)
Bart Palaszewski +155 (5u to win 7.75u) * This one I'm starting to doubt and may buy back or take Hioki by sub or dec.

#2 Posted: 2/22/2012 10:05:44 PM I'm on the same page with Bart, I played it small though so I'm letting it ride.
Hard not to go big on Rampage, it looks so easy. I'm sure Bader will come in great shape and make things close though (for a little while anyways)
Ballsy play on Lee, GL hoff

#8 Posted: 2/25/2012 12:51:56 AM I am on most of the same. You might want to buy off of Rampage based on the weigh-ins.
I also would recommend you re-watch Bart vs Shalorous from WEC. I know that fight was a while ago, but you might change you mind on the Bart play as well after re-watching it. |

Yamamoto is a little over-rated and a little washed up. He has shown nothing in his past two fights. Uyenoyama was able to use some pretty good grappling to beat him. I'm counting on Lee not gassing really bad like he did in his first UFC fight against Cariaso, and possibly being able to win the grappling or grab a late sub. He is a big dog for a reason, but I like his chances.

I'm trying to figure out right now what to do with my Rampage play.
I was actually large on Shalorus in that fight. It was really close. From what I've heard Bart has really cleaned up his act and starting training seriously. He used to train all boozed up. He looked very sharp his last fight against Griffin. I think I am going to let that one ride.

Kind of pissed that I took him too early. He is floating around +130 right now. But hopefully he comes through. Amen!

Totally reassessing this one. I still think Page wins but I don't want to be risking much on it anymore. Especially with an unknown injury.

#15 Posted: 2/26/2012 8:25:25 PM Huge night for me thanks to Bendo and Vaughn Lee coming through! I still
lost money on Rampage because I could only get Bader at +150.

I did, but still lost money. Sucks I was working during the weigh ins so I couldn't grabbed Bader then. Had to settle for +150. But they way everything else went, I'm happy.
