trade gronkowksi or hernandez as their stock is high and they could get someone good or decent draft picks... and then trade for tebow who is worth a 3rd round draft pick at best...
and then play him as TE/RB combo with special designed plays for him to play a QB like positions in situations where he is running on a bootleg on a sweep with a passing options in the flat and down the field, even perhaps a crossing pattern or post route from the other side as passing options and a simply running the ball if the passing routes are covered...

I like the idea, but Gronk for Tebow? 
4th or 5th round draft pick maybe. Not one of the best TE's in the league.  |

At least based on last years performance I would say not only one of the best TE in the league but one of the best pass catchers as well (including WRs).

I was assuming it would be Mallett or Hoyer in a trade. Who knows. |
