#7928 Posted: 4/24/2012 11:57:40 AM well they wont let you pick the total in the cubs game and at 7.5 I will bet that over. Them showing the total but not having it as an option to choose tells me its an easy over.
White Sox Dodgers/Braves over 7.5 Cubs/Cards over 7.5
I have the over in the Dodgers game on here and bet the others
I added ESPN bottom line to my site for those of you that like to stop by there also have my other picks posted
GL today guys easy money out there today. Taking a chance on a dog parlay with Yanks and the over. I think both pitchers will give up runs with Kuroda doing worse and the pen saving his behind from the loss

#7929 Posted: 4/24/2012 4:00:38 PM as soon as the cubs game went over -130 you could pick the total..........lol over is a good bet when these 2 teams met earlier in the season at St. Louis the score was 9-5 with the same pitchers

#7930 Posted: 4/24/2012 7:19:21 PM I got tied up today but my pick on Bovada is Toronto over Baltimore for the money! As a makeup for posting late here is your daily winner. Take the Cardinals over the Cubs as Adam Wainright should finally start looking like his old self again. Good luck and keep Surviving! |

currently 11th in the MLB contest here..........moving up Nice picking, Booyahz. Keep it going! 11th place is awesome and I hope to see you rise in the standings, my friend.
Although I regret seeing you come out on the short end of that Chicago Sox- A's matchup, I am glad that Jake Peavy shut 'em down and the White Sox bats knocked Colon out of the yard a couple of times. The insurance runs scored on the pen gave me some breathing room in the ninth. If Oakland had won, it would have been a major streak breaker for me.
GL with tonight's card. I liked the Rays early and the White Sox and Nationals late.

We must execute this siege on Captown! Many a renegade has been gunned down in the streets of Captown, but in numbers perhaps we won't get waylaid. I will begin shooting my way into Town at 10:05 this evening with the Nationals as you stated. I will attempt to soften their defenses and misdirect them as you enter from the West later. I will have Nat Gio on my side commanding my forces. Mow them down Gio Gonzalez! I hope Desmond, Werth, Zimmerman, and the boys bring the lumber! Let the Siege begin! Fire!
Good luck, brother. We will see you in the skirmish after the smoke clears!

#7938 Posted: 4/24/2012 10:46:31 PM SMOOTHD ON THE EDGE OF CAPTOWN WITH CLEVELAND VICTORY!For the 2nd month in a row Smoothd and his merry band are on the edge of Captown. They are awaiting the results of Bama's battle to see if it's safe to move in. Unfortunately Smoothd hasn't had much luck getting to Captown accomplishing the feat only once before. Stay tuned and see whether Smooth will follow his buddy Bama into the coveted town!

#7939 Posted: 4/25/2012 1:14:51 AM BAMA DOUBLE DIPS WITH NATS! Bama entered Captown in style by cloning his pick on both sites. Bama is now at W14 on SFTC and W9 on Survivor! Way to go Bama! Stranger things have happened than someone winning both streak contest. Like the lady that hit the Lotto twice...in the same day recently. Bama goes in hard!! |

#7943 Posted: 4/25/2012 3:30:00 PM Wow talk about a rough neighborhood . 4 teams are tied for 1st in the AL East with Boston 3.5 games out. We knew Toronto would be better but seeing Baltimore hanging in there is a surprise to me. |

That's ok Booyahz. We are still scorching the books. I had a winner with Colorado that first game. I was going to put that one on Survivor but felt more confident about Miami tonight. I just hope I'm right. I have had a hard time getting into Captown! I have only made it once out of several tries so this is big for me. I'm glad Bama busted through and now it's my turn. |

#7945 Posted: 4/25/2012 3:56:44 PM I'm seriously considering putting a C-Note on the Bruins tonight. Let's see how that line moves. It's going down now. |

#7946 Posted: 4/25/2012 5:30:05 PM I'm not going to go with the C-Note on the Bruins because I have a 4 team parlay working with 2 winners in the bag already, St. Louis and Colorado. So with that said and because the price is too high I will stick with the parlay that has the Bruins in it and go possibly with the goal and give up 1.5 goals still undecided on how to play it out. |

#7947 Posted: 4/25/2012 6:55:38 PM I decided to go with the Bruins ML instead of giving up the goals. It's game 7 and I can see this game being tight. Boston should win because they're the better team. With 4 team parlay working and the straight bet I should win just short of $100 but I need to Toronto to come through against Baltimore in the fight for 1st place. Let's Ride! |

#7948 Posted: 4/25/2012 8:56:37 PM @ Smooth: Thanks for the mad crazy props, bro!
@ Crushalot: Thanks also for the festival in post #7940!
@ Booyahz: I am sorry to hear about your slide. I know you will slug your way back up there! Just keep doing what you have been. This is no time to panic and change anything too much. Remember, that's just baseball, my man. I am having a dismal run in the MLB Contest and Office Pools. It will take me a while to climb out of my hole.

#7950 Posted: 4/25/2012 9:46:17 PM SMOOTHD AND HIS POSSE MOWED DOWN AGAIN JUST OUTSIDE CAPTOWN!________________________________________ For the 2nd straight month Smoothd led by the Miami Marlins were turned away from Captown. Slaughtered like roadkill Smoothd was confident to get into Captown but it simply wasn't meant to be as the Marlins could only muster 1 run in the battle. Smoothd will not have to go back to the lab and figure out a way to get into Captown with better troops. So long Smoothd and take those sorry Marlins with you. |
