Tons of gold-digging person at these clubs who would give it away 1000 times for that one chance to frame someone for money. |

True. Lots of dumb women who accuse famous and non famous men of such a gross act (lots do it too). I believe this accusation to be BS. But I do not like everyone saying she is attacking a guy at the peak of his career. I am not saying anyone on this forum did that, but alot of people on other sites are accusing her of doing this after the Kings won the Cup. Not true. She informed police the same day of the supposed attack, way back in March. I am not saying it happened, but considering this is a lengthy investigation, obviously it has been worth investigating. Neither person deserves a hate campaign against them until details or a verdict is released.... And when that happens, the person who deserves it will be ripped. Until then, we are just a bunch of uninformed gossipers. |

When asked what she wanted the punishment for Doughty to be she simply said, "I don't want him to wint the Stanley Cup." What chick that was raped would choose that as punishment for the accuser. 
It also sounds as though the DA will not press charges due to the fact that the woman has conflicting stories and is being stubborn with cops during the investigation. |

It is one politically fucked up world we are living in. With rape unlike any other crime men usually have to prove they did not do it as opposed to robbing a bank or even murdering someone, where they have to prove you did it. With the rape stigma you are generally assumed guilty or at least have the dark cloud above you forever unless there is 100% clear cut evidence that you did not do it.
