just had a eggwhites with sharp chddr & a bowl of cheezy grits along with a 6oz bttl of LemonLime G2!.......need to get my 30 mins of hand & arm weights in then 150 crunches...then off to get kitchen ready at church and feed 160 or so Golden Gaiters!!! |
