#1 Posted: 3/30/2012 10:05:48 AM haven't seen any odds on the game but i see on live odds betfair has pittsburgh slight fav, i so hope they have pittsburgh as a favorite i will bet every single dollar in my account on the buffalo sabres tonight, they should be -130 favs, but if they want to make them +110 dogs i'm cool with that |

#2 Posted: 3/30/2012 10:30:56 AM My local just put up Pit -130. I'm convinced the Pens have tanked it just to avoid this Buffalo team in the quarters. |

In the quarters? Do you know how the NHL playoffs work? It is top seeded remaining team vs bottom seeded remaining team. If the Sabres finish 8th, Pitt only plays them once all the teams seeded higher than Pitt lose.
Pitt is almost locked into 4/5 anyways so they are going for home ice in the first round vs the FLyers.
If Pitt doesn't want to face the Sabres, they should beat them tonight to knock them out of the 8 spot. |

They would rather play Philly than Buffalo and lose potential home ice in leter playoff rounds?
Who is the dingbat?
Ever consider it is hard to sustain being on top of your game for long periods. That may be a reason why 10+ game win streaks do not happen often. |

And Buffalo is only a 50/50 shot to get the 8 seed.
IF Pitt is thinking about the Stanley Cup this year, they can't be afraid of the Sabres, no mater how well the SAbres have been playing of late. |

I think all of us who had the OVER yesterday @ Nassau were lucky. the total was a closer run thing than the final score indicated. Pens offense NOT clicking like it was a week ago and, again, NO LeTang tonight. |

#12 Posted: 3/30/2012 12:34:11 PM Go with Buffalo and the over, Pittsburgh is not the same team on the road.... they are only 20-18 on the road this season plus Buffalo is too good right now

#13 Posted: 3/30/2012 1:25:55 PM Sabres can eliminate Carolina, Tampa, NYI and Winnipeg with a win tonight. Probably means little, but just thought I'd throw it out there. |
