If he's in, it would b easy $$ for the bulls to cover the -9.5

My GUESS would be he is out.  He really should be.  They don't play again until Friday so he can buy his toe an extra 3 days rest on top of the 2 days off already.  I think the line mostly already reflects that likelihood.  I would guess if he's confirmed out the line maybe dips to 8.5 or 8 at the lowest.  Or if he is starting then the line probably jumps toward 11 or 11.5.  Looks like a solid 9 everywhere now.

if it truly is derrick's decision whether to play or not, he would definitely play

They said it was HIS decision to sit out yesterday after the shoot around session, i had already put my bet in for -9.5 so hopefully he will play, Jordan wouldn't sit out

Man, you gotta be a a vegetative state dude.......Start a team today and Rose is the number 1 pick......no ifs ands or buts......

If the Bulls are smart they'll let him sit for at least a week....turf toe is one painful girl....especially for a basketball player.....they can beat the Suns straight up without him...

Regardless of Rose playing or not i think the forwards of Bulls will rape Phoenix in the paint in this game. Bulls got too much for them and on home court.

Rose out, line -8 as figured.

For those of you saying he should play, you are morons.  He should absolutely sit.  They've got two more days off, if he never lets it rest is' not getting better and won't be better when they really need him.  They can win this game without him and they're going to stack plenty of wins anyway.  Absolutely smart to sit here.

Kobe has sat out LOTS of games in his career.  This will be Rose's 7th missed game in 3+ years.   Kobe didn't play a full 82 until his 7th season.

If he keep himself out he was smart, and like a few others have said, another day out will give him a week almost to heal his toe.
