These back to back matchups with being both placed with the same home side is strange and un- agreeable with me to say the least..Strange things happen when this occurs..The Caps may have shut out the Jets last game with Holtby being the star of the show, however Pavelec is no slouch and  even though the road team has ruled supreme this season with the under being the main course of order outside  the first game,I cannot help but see the home side not only getting the win in the time allotted but the total to going above the mark suggested..So it`s it`s a hedge out double up on this one...

I like that Blu... The caps best player was Holtby last night and not the Oucho. And low and behold Backstrom put his name back in the MVP hat with goal/assist(haha--huhha). I don't think Brouwer or Backstrom will have the same game as last night. Jets had their chances last night but failed to "capitalize" on them, but the over sounds like $ to me. I see the "consensus" taking the under if'n I read that right. I'll be taking the Jets and the Over (rebel). It looks like (to me) a 4-3 game if Montoya is starting in the pipes.... GL

What's Washington to do? I think the Capitals should find some interested parties in Backstrom. I've seen my fair share of Caps games and I don't see what all the hub-bub is about Backstrom. The majority of his highlights have been tied around Ovarians game-play. So if Alex is getting it done Backstroms hugging him, if Al's play ain't there neither are his coattails for Backstrom to ride or to build his contract upon. With Ribs coming into a brand new team with no training camp and putting up all-star numbers, why is no one pointing out the obvious? Backstrom is not a creator, and this team, right now could dupe some poor club into trading away their magic beans.
