Once again it isn't because he smoked pot. But to drive around getting high is absolute bullshit. Putting peoples lives in danger because you can't wait to smoke. Smoking weed does affect your driving skills in a negative way. Why can't these dumbass athletes just smoke at their apartments or their friends apartments? Why drive and smoke? Just bad decision making no matter how you look at it. If I was an all American athlete, I would just leave that stuff alone. Why risk the trouble and possible fame and fortune of an NFL career? I wonder what the other pills were?

#7 Posted: 5/5/2012 11:29:44 AM Sammy will be punished accordingly. As he should be. I suspect he gets suspended the first 2 games.
Here the difference between us and the coots from Columbia......
We dont have the 6 strike program policy where its ok to act like a fking idiot.
Ask any Clemson person and they will tell you that Sammy should be suspended. Ask any coot fan what should happen to their players when they get into trouble and they will tell you................ hey, this is only like his 5th offense.

#8 Posted: 5/6/2012 2:38:27 AM Yeah, I figure a 2 game suspension would be appropriate. I still can't believe that athletes keep smoking this stuff though. I mean they do have to take piss test in college. Why risk it? Stay clean, collect your NFL millions and smoke yourself into oblivion when you retire- what is so hard about that?

#10 Posted: 5/6/2012 5:32:05 PM I think he's going to be suspended for only 1 game. And guess what, first opponent of the year is against Auburn at the Georgia Dome. Not good timing,.

#12 Posted: 5/10/2012 11:32:39 PM yes i have- I smoked plenty in college- I am not against smoking- I am against these young kids making stupid decisions like smoking and driving. Same as drinking and driving. A good friend of mine was killed by an idiot who was high and driving around. Why not smoke at home? Stupid to drive around high. Also if I knew I was going to make millions in the NFL then I would refrain from smoking that stuff. Easy decision really. I am drug tested regularly by my employer so I do not smoke anymore. Taking care of my family is a higher priority than getting high.
