I have heard rumors of betonline.com going under for a few days now. I want to let you guys know of my recent incident with them. I made a wire transfer deposit with them for $4000 in Dec and it was completed in 5 days as per my bank. However, the funds were never accredited to my account and I was constantly told by their customer service that they are processing it, for over one month. After a month or so, I called my bank to start an investigation. Upon its completion, the bank informed me that the transfer was completed without any issues and the beneficiary should have the funds available. My bank advised me to file a fraud investigation and attempt to pull the funds back from the beneficiary. They are still working on it and I hope to get the funds back.

My further attempts to contact betonline via email (cs@betonline.com) have failed. On the phone they advise me to email them.

Moreover, I am still waiting on withdrawal request on this site for over a month now. I have closed my account and also filed complaints against them on some sites and against their domain with ICE - online site regulatory.

I advise everyone to be cautious about this site especially for making new deposits.

cheers

Dissapointing to hear. I was with betjamaica for a long time and when it closed I decided to try Betonline (mainly because of where they are located) in comparison to other books. I will say since ive been there I have requested about 6 payouts and all have been paid- this is through MG $800.00 MAX) However in the last month the service has become snotty, uptight and the rules have changed a bit. The website is slow and operates with issues. And credit card deposits now have a 7 day holding but an additonal 2-3 days for payout information. This isnt THAT bad I guess but to all the people that had something bad to say about BJ, I consider myself to have been spoiled. Always same day, cash in had, never an issue- plenty of specials, and loyalty for wagers. Emails always responded to within hours, if that. There they take over a day. There isnt much to choose from and its getting frustrating. The past few weeks ive beeen looking to find another offshore because i havent gotten a great feeling from betonline. There were more hiccups but didnt want to bother getting into it.

However, I know me, I dont know how you can be waiting on a withdrawl request for over a month? That dont sound right? Do you call them? I would be calling them every day..not sure whats going on with that.

and ps. im not surprised about the phone calls getting pushed back to emails. It seems like they want to follow a "system" there and everyone can only do certain things. It makes it impossible to get a response that you want to hear.

Yes I have sent several emails to them regarding my withdrawl request and my wire transfer deposit - more than 20 over past 1 month. I used to get the same response from them "they are processing it" but now they have stopped responding.

I am OK with the withdrawal request as that can get in a long queue sometimes but the wire transfer deposit is a big red flag. I am not going to let them get away with it. In the worst case, I am going to make sure the domain is shut down and they cannot open another site again.

Their poker room is terrible. I stopped donating months ago. I am a bit worried now as they seemed to be reputable. Failing or even delaying payouts raises the "ponzi-sheme" flag. They wont be getting any more money from me and after this weekend I will look to cashout.
