To keep it short and sweet,
In no particular order:
1- broncs are 0-11 has road favs >8
2- late season divisional game/ rivalry
3- both studs kept out of browns game to save packages for this match up
4- playing for coach!!
5- Oakland has shown flashes of playing solid FB...see atl game but was off a bye

Gimme the 10 or more!!!

BOL but on the other side. Denver is still playing for first round bye, they will come out like they did the first time. Denver by 2 TDS atleast. I see a 28 -10, 35 - 13 type of game coming.

Like your reasons, but to play devils advocate:

1.  Oakland Gives up 256yds passing per game while Peyton throws for 212 per game.

2.  They did beat SD by 11pts in their house

3.  Denver is still looking for a better playoff seeding

4. Drew Brees with their offense and weak def carved up oakland by 21

5.  Manning passed for 338 yds and Denver had over 500yds of offense the first time with Oakland having 0 Turnovers.

Everyone on covers is liking Oakland b/c of a divisional game of DD home dog and supposed to be their superbowl and the coach's dad died yada, yada, yada.

What we need to ask is does Oakland have a real way to stop the passing attack of Denver?  Yes Peyton has looked in recent games, ie KC and TB not very good and they also have pass D's in the bottom qtr of pass D's.  I think this game could easily be 10pts or more.  I don't think Oakland has an answer defensively.  Yes Peyton may be rusty or not on point for this game, but that is tough to bank on.  This game has Teaser written all over it IMO.

This used to be a rivalry like when the two teams had equal strenght of character and talent. I remember many games being settled by a field goal or close to it. Today we have the same kind of rivalry we had when the Raiders and Broncos played each other pre John Elway. The Raiders used to own Denver. Now, it's the other way around. Paybacks a girl!

I tried looking for an angle to back the Raiders and the only one i can come up with that can warrant a play...but can't. ONLY angle i can think of is the short week for Oakland and not having to travel.

Saints and Brees (comparable offense IMO to Broncos as both are ranked #5 and #6 offensively) put up 38pts vs Oak a few week ago. Raiders only managed to score 17pts vs Cleveland last week at home (23rd ranked D) and scored 17pts vs Saints 2 weeks ago (DEAD last ranked D). Denver ranks #3 defensively so right away that will present a problem for Oaklands offense.

Although I'm leaning Denver -10 I think i'm leaning more and more towards the under simply due to the lack of offense from the Raiders. Line has dropped from 51 to 48 in some places already.

Den -10 (small play) and Under 48 is where my head is at.

2- Doesn't matter as this team hasn't had a winning season in well over a decade
3- They didn't keep people outta last game for this game. Both Studs? Yes Run DMC, who's the other. Seymore is out
4- Gottta agree, but if they let him down. Wholly S*it

They are playing for one of the coaches whose father suddenly died, moron best bet!!!
True not sure if the can slow down 18.
I never stated a specific bet but rather posted a few angles.
Appreciate the quality replies the rest need to get a life as they are clearly miserable!!!
Oakland smashed the kc defense to pieces that shut down manning that one poster noted
