What's so funny? I cashed my 2nd 1/2 ticket. Tried to lead peeps to the window and no one followed.
I stated that HALF TIME ADJUSTMENTS would be made by Tulane, and they were. |

HALFTIME ADJUSTMENTS WOULD BE MADE is the dumbest thing i have ever heard..
Yea your ticket did cash in but there were absolute no signs of that happening |
