That screams too easy. As depeche mentioned, CHI off of a loss is deadly regardless of situation. I'll ride with 15-1 in a stat like that, as that tells me its not just one guy making that 15-1, its an entirely keyed in coaching staff and team effort rising after losses. I love that.
