#1 Posted: 2/22/2012 3:08:51 AM Phoenix Suns -3 (-120)
-First and most, I believe Warriors are getting some love just because they beat the Clippers couple of days ago.. Warriors are TERRIBLE on the road (3-8) and I believe the line should be at least +5 to +6 Warriors.
-Golden State Warriors team hasn't won in Phoenix nearly seven years.
-Monta Ellis is among the Warriors to have never won at US Airways Center. He's appeared in 11 games there and shot 37.8 percent - his worst in any arena - and his 14.6 scoring average at Phoenix is five below his career mark
-Phoenix Suns are a veteran team and they know that it is very critical to win these winnable games. On the other side, Warriors are still a young team and I expect them to have a let down game after a big win against the Clippers.
-Suns are coming off a blow out win against the Wizards and Nash & Hill only logged in 27 minutes. When Nash and Hill is rested, their a scary combo!
-Gortat has been playing out of his mind lately! averaging 20.7 points and 12.7 rebounds over the last three games while shooting 60.0 percent. With Udoh (did not practice tuesday) and Biedrins banged up, they'll have no chance guarding Gortat!
-Redd, Frye, Dudley plays well at home so i'm not worried about them!
I'll take the Phoenix Suns tonight!

#8 Posted: 2/22/2012 5:01:54 AM New Orleans Hornets +6
-Both teams are on b2b but it effects more on Cavs! Old Jamison is their 3rd most important player (Varejao's out, Kyrie) on that team and he logged close to 40 minutes last night. I can kind of compare Grant Hill and Jamison together.. their both very good veteran players that can put up big numbers but on b2b nights (after logging in big minutes), their not as explosive or efficient.
-Hornets are young, athletic team and let me tell ya... they are one competitive team! They don't back down from no one! Jack, Vasquez and Belli, Ariza has been playing at a high level and Kaman should have a big game tonight against a "Varajao"less Cavs! (this loss is HUGE!) Just like how Monroe played very well against "Varajao"less Cavs.. I expect a big game out of Kaman! and i don't know if uguys have noticed... but Solomon Jones has played very well for the Hornets lately! :)
-Cavs are extremely lucky to be on a 2nd game winning streak right now.. in my opinion, they've deserved to lose both of the games! With that said.. Cavs are overvalued in this game by 2-3 pts!
I see no reason why Hornets can't win this game straight up tonight! |

Nash still runs one of the best pick n roll in the NBA today, and Grant Hill is still solid their his mid range jumper! (Also one of the great defenders in the league)
Phoenix will easily score 100+ on a team that don't play defense and win by double digits tonight. |

#16 Posted: 2/22/2012 3:04:50 PM sorry i will have to disagree with u on the suns play i think the warriors get that W tonight... call me a homer if u want but they are playing some good ball lately and Udoh is looking like the solid big man we have been lacking for years now, he can play D and score a little its not like he needs 15+ a night thats what we have Lee on the interior for BOL on your plays i like the rest of them
