Tenn could be a sucker bet, BUT I'm on them at -3. I also like UCLA for some reason |

i think vandy is going to play hard for 60 minutes...sc is more talented, but with some breaks vandy could keep it close.
i think byu will win, but tuel is the real deal for WSU and they have the top WR in the country. this one maybe be highly variable.
rice - i think the owls will play hard for 60 minutes. bailiff is on the hotseat. his players love him. its going to be a hot humid night in houston on 30 aug. ucla has superior talent, but with mora's first game on the road at night, with new systems, it may not be as easy as they expect. no play for me, but i kind of like the pick.
unlv is bad, very bad...but, somehow they have been covering at home...that's what scares people in this game...kill's minn team has better talent, but i am not sure as the 2nd worst team in the big 10, i would give TD+ points to anyone on the road in game 1...no play for me, but good luck.
i am not touching nc st v tenn. i have not researched it. 2 good QB's, 2 coaches on the hot seat at Tenn. no play for me, but good luck... |

I think in the second year of Kill's system,Minnesota will be
an improved team.I like the Gophers in this one.

Longhorn,my opinion on Minnesota in part,is based on what Kill
did at NIU.I cashed a lot of tickets on his performance there and
I believe he can achieve solid results at Minn.as well.Harnish was
a gifted QB,but NIU's offense was off the charts under Kill.

I agree wholeheartedly with you on this game. I won't be betting many games in week 1, but this will definitely one of them. I really like Wazzu here, and think they have a decent shot to win this game straight up. Thus, I will have a little cash riding on the moneyline as well.

I read all I can and check stats and stuff and make a decision. In OZ we only get maybe 2 games per week. Write-ups can be found everywhere else.
