Just can't seem to figure out why Az would be an underdog tonight? Seems kinda odd

Because Cory Luebke is one of the best pitchers in baseball... don't let his last outing fool you. One of the best kept secrets in the league.

Yes if you take a look,
Luebke-4.76 ERA against Arizona in 2011.
Saunders- 3-1 with a 1.47 ERA

Hey, I know that's a bold statement... and all those guys you listed are terrific pitchers.

Luebke only pitched about 139 innings last year, but his FIP of 2.93 would have been good for 8th in the league.

There's a reason why oddsmakers give him a ton of respect. It's cause he's really, really good. He's still young though and figuring things out, but watch out in a couple years.

easy tone. half these people don't even know what fip is....

if his fip was his era which it very will could of been (or better )

and he got 16 wins for the yankees..

he would have been on that list

I probably should have qualified my statement... I think he will eventually be up there. Right now, he's really good. Looks like he's in some trouble right now, though.
