#1 Posted: 10/5/2012 11:59:20 AM Is offshore betting legal? Which site is the best? Will I have trouble depositing checks from them? I live in New York
I've always used a local, but am having problems with mine and need to go offshore.
Thanks in advance guys |

#2 Posted: 10/5/2012 12:19:12 PM I use betonline.ag .....never had any problems and they are quick to pay. Pick up at money gram and/or western union. Wire transfer to bank, whatever. Very well trusted. Only problem is last of betting options. They keep on going back and forth with live betting. |

#3 Posted: 10/5/2012 12:20:55 PM No matter what people say no its not legal to send money to sites like that. Still you probably would never be at risk for anything other than losing all the money in your account. What happened with Fult Tilt Poker/PokerStars and the DOJ is subject to happen with sports gambling sites at any time. Keeping more money than you can afford to lose on a site like that is very silly.
For those of you that are still deluded, which i would think is a lot on here, read the entire wiki article for the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act of 2006 (which is still an active law) and tell me that 5Dimes domain and all the assets the DOJ can find aren't getting seized within 3 years. There is a reason Pinny and many others don't accept Americans and it is the UIGEA Seriously everyone just find a local, I beseech you...

Yeah, locals aren't legal either. And locals don't always pay when you win. And 5 Dimes won't come after you if you owe them money. |
