Been gone for awhile - good to see same old posters on the board.
I am still alive in a suicide pool with $35K payout to winner. Need ot pick one team each day a game is played. For Thursday I have already used FLA and you cannot take team 2X. Leaning toward MSU thinking MARQ beats FLA and then will beat MSU to set up meeting against KY in FInal 4. Other option, take MARQ and if they win take MSU over FLA.
On Friday - I no longer have SYR or FLA and leaningn toward Baylor.

Looking at the numbers and patterns - i see the flor/marq. game to go like this - florida crushes in the f/h - then marq. comes back in the s/h - whether they pull out a victory - not sure - this is based on similar situations in the past - iona/byu and a couple of years ago when msu played md - so i would avoid that game.
Wisc/syra - i like wisc to keep it close - i plan to bet wisc and the points - they could come out on top but would avoid for your suicide pool.
Cin/ohio st - i like ohio st to win - i assume you can't use them again.
that leaves louis/msu. on paper msu is better ranked according to sagarin and has played a tougher sked; however, on the road msu avgs. the same number of assists as they do turnovers - 12.8 - when that occurs i avoid the game - thus no patterns to divulge in this case. Louisville on the otherhand has a negative assist to turnover ratio - teams that advance in the torunament usually have a positive to negative assist to turnover ratio - if i had to make a choice - go with msu - as louisville is the only team that has a negative ratio regarding assists and turnovers - wisc, syr, cin, ohio st, flor, marq all have positive ratios - msu is neither.

Thakns Buddah - tough choice. Straight up pick sans pointspread so I am banking on Marq pulling it out and then will take MSU so I can keep KY to go the distance. 1500 people started in pool - only 98 left. MSU scares me as Louisville on a bit of a run and I am wary of the MSU offense's abilty to put up enuf points. If I had the nuts I would take Wisky over SYR and leave options alive on left side of bracket.
