Be careful. You talked badly about the leafs as well at a point in time that only a 5 star loser would remember!

He's coming for you! Oh no!

The Leafs were the biggest beneficiaries of a shortened season so they were able to avoid their usual end of the year slide out of the playoffs. But hey I will have my blue and white pom poms out for at least 1 round so they can eliminate the Bruins. Which if Reimer plays well, can very well happen!

I don't know who this 5 star loser is but hopefully they remember I said Reimer was the real deal and he is pretty much the main reason the Leafs are in this spot.

What ever happened to Jake "better than Subban" Gardiner?

I'm almost positive leafs don't make the post season next year with strong teams like Columbus and Detroit heading east!

Fact. Leafs have worst shot differential in 20 years for a playoff team.
Have been one of the worst possession teams all year. 2nd worst among all NHL teams!
A lot of Their shooters have twice their own career average in shooting percentages this year.

They got a ton of lucky breaks this year! That Kessel trade will haunt them whether luck comes into play or not in the coming years!

And still I could see them riding some luck this post season to a conference final berth. That's how bad the Eastern conference has been this year!

Love Columbus. Ryan Johansrn will be a star in this league. This year was just a taste for the 4th overall pick from 2010. That line with Umberger and Foligno was fantastic. Dubinsky might have been the most improved player in the league this year! The defense is way under the radar, love their top 4. Ryan Murray is now healthy and would have matched Jonas Brodins season in Minnesota! 3 first round draft picks this year. Team will be a force in 2 years!

not to turn this into the Movie & TV forum BUT Ed Marinaro, who played Officer Joe Coffey, was also a star athlete in college. was an All-American running back @ Cornell and runner-up to Pat Sullivan for the Heisman Trophy in 1971. went on to play in the NFL for six seasons before going into acting.

Nice catch Rink, I recall that too actually. I remember them talking about it one night on Battle Of The Network Stars lol, you bringing this up made me remember that show too, where cbs, abc and nbc tv show personalities competed in athletic competitions.

What I should've said was every year we get these guys in here that never post (except for the playoffs) and they always start talking greasy as soon as the playoffs start.

It's these hit and runners on both sides (Boston and Chicago  ) that I can't stand.

Anybody who has been around here long enough knows who the regular posters favourite teams are.

These regular guys post through thick and thin.
