If Train gets +110 for -3 and +143 for -5.5, he is giving up .33 cents worth of juice to buy 2.5 points.
That means he is paying .33/2.5= .132 per half point which is more than any site would charge (i.e. the standard is .10 per half point and that is usually considered a ripoff unless you MUST buy down from 3 or 7 or to 3 or 7 from 3.5 and 7.5 which is understandable and one of the only times it's excusable).
Not saying this pick won't hit, I'm just saying it's a bad bargain and you're paying too much. At most you should be paying -135 for -5.5. 
How come I never see you congratulate, but you are the first one to critic a play (even if your entire premise is false or lacks knowledge)?
