Talent wise Wisconsin is lacking with the exception of Jordan Taylor but they play tough team defense.  They are offensively challenged however and it would be next to impossible for them to come back from a large deficit.  Believe me it's not pretty to watch them play but it's a hard scheme for any team to prepare themselves for.  Don't know much about Montana other than they   haven't played anyone special other than maybe Weber State and who are they?  9 points is alot for a team for Wisconsin to cover unless Montana scores less than 50 points which may be possible.  If Wisconsin wins this game they would probably be around 3 point underdogs against Vandy and it's a game they could easily win.  I already bet Montana +9 because i see Wisconsin play all the time and they don't normally blow anyone out unless the game is at home.  But against Vandy i would take Wisconsin as a moneyline dog!!

Vandy is VERY underrated, not Wisconsin. 


Come on Train there's no way you can say Vandy is underrated. Since knocking off Kentucky, Vandy has become the most over valued team in the dance. I like this though, because Vandy will meet Wisconsin in the 2nd round and the public will drive that line up for me. Wisconsin is the best defensive team period, no denying this. A lot of people aren't realizing that this team may only put up 50-60 points, but they can hold any team to less then that on any night. Their defense causes match up problems for almsot every team, and like PapaShango said, it's extremely difficult to prepare for Wisconsin with only 1 day. I like Wisconsin to make the Sweet 16, at that point, it all comes down to the 3 ball and whether or not they can hit at a high enough percentage.

Not sure how you rip on Vandy's tournament performances and don't mention how little Bo Ryan has done with some very good seeds. It's like pulling teeth to even make a sweet 16. This program routinely goes home in the 2nd round. Vandy at least has a bunch of seniors and I expect them to be focused big time

I don't see Wisconsin blowing out Montana.   Montana +9.5
