Yep, he is putting the pressure on the top three players. He missed seven days, yet he will win if he keeps putting up those 64.16% WINNERS. You the man, you have them very concerned, don't let up for a second.

I don't know everyone seems to hit a bad spell and even though he had a good night he is slumping. He is only 50% for  the past week. That won't win it this last week.

I think if any one gets hot any one in the top ten can win.

Good luck Tep, jsh73 is damn good. His stats don't lie. He was 18-10 in November, 79-45 in both December and January and now 6-2 in Februjsh73ary. He is only  three wins back !  He is even one game ahead of you tep, all of this having missed 7days / 28 games. He has all the top 10 leaders ATTENTION, I'm SURE of THAT ! Good-luck, my bet is jsh73 will WIN !

Well I know I am not going to win. I never win anything. If I did I would probably get hit by a bus the same day. It is amazing I am where I am.

There are four kinds of people in this world.

1-Good at what they do

2-Lucky at what they do ( these people put themselves in a spot to get lucky)

3-Unlucky at what they do (opposite of above)

4-Bad at what they do

If some guy gave everyone in the world $1000. I would end up owing that guy $2000 somehow.

Hell last night I think  I had my first 0-4 in the contest. I would not be surprised if I win another game.

TEP : You have been awesome this Ultimate race. I was 11TH in the NHL Playoff Contest last year. I have won contests at countless sites having won over $1,000.00 at the old Megasports and Betjamaica.com. sites. You need some P.M.A. to get you to the finish line. I suck at NCAA B-ball predictions. I will eventually win or place near the top on one of these future races. I was just trying to predict this races winner. jsh73 missed a week or (28) games, yet he continues to put the pressure on other top ten leaders. If he wins it or not, he has proved to be the best or highest percentage guy in this race. I wish you luck, I would love to be in your position at this stage of the race. I missed the first day and sadly never recovered. Have a good one and believe in yourself. Win, lose or draw, I ALWAYS BELIEVE in MY PICKS !

REDSOX2009 went 73-35 not 90-30 in the ULTIMATE RACE in January. That is still pretty awesome.  I was the MVP in the first 100 SUPERDUPERBOWLS ! jsh73 has still a ways to go to catch THE offensivestr with  a (5) game lead and just TEN BIG WINS from the 1ST PLACE VICTORY. NEVER count out jsh73 !

Amazing what jsh73 has done with missing 7 days...  How far ahead would he be if he didn't miss any days?  Amazing.

Would love to see him win it.

Good Luck to all..

It would seem that most players not in the top ten would like to see jsh73 win the race. I guess jsh73 has become a crowd favorite. offensivestr still remains in the driver seat with a five game lead and only ten wins from the finish line. It should be interesting down the stretch. I look forward to the next race as I crawl to the finish line. This is only my third race and if I could do a little better on NCAA B-BALL and CFL I could be a contender soon. Also I need to be able to get to the computer during the day to make picks with better odds when they are so close to the money line limits. The top players at times seem as if they either don't work or check the odds regularly to get the -150's when they appear for a small window of opportunity.

Tep : Making a late run, Go 11-0 and you can win this thing. I'm not sure about Red Wings/Coyotes Over 5 1/2. You may need to go 11-11 to catch #1 still 5 Up, go get him ! jsh73 gettin' a bit roughed up, delaying on showing his hand today. If he goes perfect he could still win it too ! Those top ten have earned it, especially jsh73.

Minor league goalie in for Detroit. Career minor league goalie.

Need too much to happen to win at this point. However like I said everyone will hit a slump so you never know.

Watch out for emoneyinnj who's making a powerful move in the stretch, 18-6 in February. Probably too late to catch the leader, but a minor share looks solid.

The leader needs but just two wins, however this format at 197 and up promotes " THE STUMBLE " OFFENSIVESTR looks to be " THE WINNER " TOP TEN STILL UP FOR GRABS !

yeah i just figured out how he gets an edge. he put in his pick right before the game started over 123 at the exact same time with in 1 minute i put in the same pick to time stamp it i got over 126. he leaves the screen up waits for line movement then picks and gets the original line. A guy was doing this on streak survivor a while back he was getting like -160 ml even though they stop at -130 from leaving his screen up. oh well I should have thought of this

Yeah, jsh73 is a GREAT HANDICAPPER, yet as you said probably hasn't read all the rules. Definitely others were making picks in the evening games when they should have selected early games on the schedule. I guess he has plenty of money, to lose or not win that is................................................................................................

I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE>>>LISTEN UP>>>IMPORTANT>>making early game picks or late game picks does not matter..example....if 2 people have 1 win to go to finish and one picks a noon game and the other picks a nite game and they both win...the finish line is determined by who made the pick first...lets say the guy who picked the nite game made his pick at 10 am and the guy who made the noon pick made his pick at 11 am ...although the noon game finished first the guy who picked the nite game will pass him up in the standings his pick was timestamped before the other guy...this happened to me in race 2 or 3 whatever it was, when i thought i finished 3rd on the finish line page only to drop to 4th after someones late game came in, i made my pick at 12;01 am and he apparently made his at 12;00am, even though my game was completed an hour or so before theirs..Reset.

bettyboop1,

I don't doubt that happened to you in that contest way back when, but the way I read the rules (cut and pasted below) indicates the first tiebreaker is the earliest starting time:

Tie Breakers

The race will officially end after 25 participants have reached the 200-win mark. Throughout the race, the following tie breaker will be used to rank users on the overall leaderboard in the event that multiple users are tied with a specific number of wins. If multiple users are tied, the earliest start time of their last winning pick (game) will be used as the tie breaker (time as listed on the pending page). As the second tie breaker, if users remain tied, the earliest pick time that each of the contestants entered with their last winning pick will be used to determine the leader. This will be determined by a time stamp recorded when each pick is submitted.

The timestamp rule appears to me to be used to break a tie in the event that contestants remain tied after making winning selections of games that started at the same time.

bettyboop1 & rarejerbear : Wow, that is some insight to the VERY IMPORTANT RULES ! I have only been in a few races and appreciate your wisdom and strategy !  I can see how you were able to win the previous race Mr. rjb. I should do much better in the next race, hopefully it won't have ncaab other than the Big Dance March Madness. NBA, NHL and Baseball could make for an interesting race. Unfortunately they will add CFL or something. See you at the next race starting line. I missed the first day of the last race that just ended. I will pay more attention this time.
