Win for their "hometown", lol. The campuses are less than 15 miles apart, almost like close suburban towns. UNC will have a slight edge with home field but neither are strongly passionate football fan bases so nothing major as a disruption, especially since students are gone for the holiday.
I can see this game going either way but am leaning to UNC. Duke is having a great year record wise but hasn't been very dominant in winning. They do have the ACC championship to play for as noted above but getting to get blasted by FSU isn't a great incentive. Still, it will be a first for Duke so they are amped. about it for history's sake. Cutcliffe has done a nice job with this program but they are still pretty average.
I like UNC by a TD but will bet conservatively on this game.
